How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Please take note that:
Orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday-Saturday will be shipped on the same day. Other than the time and day stated, orders will be shipped the next day. The standard delivery time of 2-6 business days is an estimate and may depend on distances, local public holidays and other circumstances beyond Zoo Adventure’s and the courier’s control. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or require assistance regarding your order.
How do I track my order?
Once our team ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your package tracking number. Use the tracking number issued with the related shipping service website to check the status of your package.
Can I return my order?
A request for an exchange or return must be submitted within 7 days of the. received date, however we are unable to offer a refund. Please write to zooadventure.id@gmail.com to make arrangements. We will issue a Return Authorization Number that must be included in the return package. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further information.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders that haven’t yet been entered into our shipping system. Please note your refund will not include any promotions, discounts and order fees applied to your order.


Do you have a warranty on your products?
We don’t offer a warranty on our products. If you find there’s something wrong with the product upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I know the product size?
We recommend you choose your size according to our size chart. Please allow a size tolerance of 1-2 cm.
How do I look after my item?
We make our products to the highest standards before we deliver to customers, however, there are some do’s and don’ts we recommend to ensure your items stay in great condition. Please check our Care Instructions page for further details.

What do I do if my order is incorrect, incomplete or did not arrive in good
We aim to serve our customers to the highest standards and with the best. products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and package with utmost care before we deliver to you. However, if for any reason, you find there is something wrong with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of the rest.
